Tradevolo Website & B2B Transaction Terms

Effective date: July 29, 2026

These terms apply to your use of tradevolo.com and to business enquiries submitted to Tradevolo. They are intended for business users. A quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order accepted by Tradevolo, sales confirmation, sourcing agreement, or other signed transaction document may contain additional or different terms. If there is a conflict, the accepted transaction document controls for that transaction.

1. About Tradevolo

Tradevolo is a Bangladesh-based B2B sourcing and export business. We help buyers identify and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers and may support product development, sampling, quality coordination, documentation, and logistics. Our precise role in a transaction—such as sourcing coordinator, exporter, seller, or service provider—will be stated in the relevant quotation or agreement.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Website content, product listings, forms, and communications are invitations to enquire and do not by themselves create a contract or guarantee availability. A contract is formed only when the parties accept the applicable commercial terms in writing or otherwise enter into a binding transaction under applicable law. Quotations are subject to their stated validity period and may depend on supplier confirmation, capacity, raw-material costs, exchange rates, freight, and regulatory requirements.

3. Specifications, samples, and compliance

The buyer is responsible for providing complete product specifications, intended use, destination-market requirements, labelling, packaging, and any required testing or certification. Approved samples, specifications, tolerances, and inspection criteria stated in the transaction documents will govern. Certifications, test reports, origin claims, and regulatory statements apply only where expressly confirmed in writing for the relevant product or shipment.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Currency, pricing basis, deposits, balance payments, banking charges, taxes, duties, and payment method will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or agreement. Unless expressly stated, website content is not a binding price offer. Tradevolo does not ask customers to change bank details solely through an unexpected email; buyers should verify any requested banking change using a known Tradevolo contact before paying.

5. Production, delivery, and risk

Minimum order quantities, production schedules, shipment dates, delivery terms, insurance, title, and risk of loss will be agreed for each transaction, including any applicable Incoterms rule and named place. Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing and may change because of approvals, production, carrier schedules, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

6. Inspection, claims, returns, and cancellations

Inspection, acceptance, claim deadlines, remedies, cancellation, returns, and refunds are governed by the accepted quotation, order, or contract and applicable law. Buyers should inspect goods and documents promptly and notify the Tradevolo contact identified in the transaction documents with reasonable supporting evidence. Custom-made, private-label, perishable, or export goods are not automatically returnable. No cancellation, return, credit, replacement, or refund is effective unless confirmed in writing by the responsible contracting party.

7. Suppliers and third parties

Manufacturers, laboratories, banks, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third parties may be independent businesses. Tradevolo will use reasonable care when coordinating services within its agreed scope, but is not responsible for a third party’s separate acts or omissions except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly accepted in a written agreement.

8. Acceptable website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit unlawful or misleading information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the Services to violate sanctions, export controls, anti-bribery, customs, or other applicable laws. We may restrict access or decline an enquiry where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, capacity, or commercial reasons.

9. Intellectual property

Tradevolo’s website content, branding, layout, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Tradevolo and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law. Product names, photographs, and marks belonging to suppliers or other parties remain their property.

10. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but the website may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Tradevolo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a purchase, sourcing engagement, shipment, or other transaction is governed by the applicable transaction documents and mandatory law.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies used on this website.

12. Governing law and disputes

Unless an accepted transaction document states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts or tribunals with competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh may hear disputes, subject to any arbitration or dispute-resolution clause agreed in writing for a specific transaction.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted transaction unless the parties agree. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or Tradevolo, 458/A, Road 6, Avenue 7, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh.
